  • Arrival to the estancia La Porteña (private property). Drinks and appetizers, "empanadas", assorted salami, cheese and finger food.
  • City Tour.Visit to the Gaucho Museum Ricardo Güiraldes.
  • Lunch: Grilled ribs "al asador", beef, lamb, blood pudding and sausages. Assorted salads, bitter-sweet onions, baked peppers and several home-made desserts.
  • Folk music and dances.
  • Strings of horses twirl. Horsemanship skills, "pato" game, musical chairs, the "ring" challenge, horse races and Indian taming skills.
  • Antique horse carriage rides drawn by two or four horses and open country horse-back riding. Or visit to silversmith's, raw hide plaiter's and jeweller's workshops.
